The Conference Center of the Municipality of Doxato, which houses the digital experience "The footsteps of the Apostle Paul in space and time," is situated in a historical location.
The center is located at the springs of the Zygaktis river, a river known since antiquity. It holds great historical and religious significance, as it is identified with the river where the Apostle Paul baptized the first European Christian, Lydia, during his first journey in Europe.
The exact spot where the baptism took place is unknown. But certainly, from this very point sprang the river in which the baptism occurred, marking the beginning of Christianity in Europe.

The space features three touch screens with multimedia applications that present the sacrament of baptism, the sacrament of chrismation, and the ritual role of water in religion.
With short and concise texts, in simple and understandable language, the visitor can learn the significance of the two sacraments, baptism and chrismation, and understand the symbolism and concepts they encompass. New parents, but especially godparents, can benefit significantly from the content of these applications in order to undertake their role, both during the baptism and in guiding the young Christian.
